Description

We are hiring dynamic and detail-oriented professionals for the position of Tender Executive / E-Tendering Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling government and private tendering activities, online bid submissions, documentation management, business development coordination, and liaisoning with government departments and public sector organizations.

Candidates should have practical knowledge of GEM Portal, IREPS, E-Tendering systems, Digital Signature processes, manual tender submission, and government procurement procedures. The role requires strong English communication skills, fast reading habits, technical understanding, and the ability to work under deadlines.

Fresh Engineering graduates may also apply for Internship / Trainee opportunities to develop professional skills in tendering and government business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Search and analyze government and private tenders
  • Prepare and submit online and offline tender documents
  • Handle GEM Portal, IREPS, and E-Tendering platforms
  • Manage Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) and online bidding procedures
  • Coordinate with government departments, PSUs, and defense organizations
  • Prepare technical and commercial bid documentation
  • Maintain tender records, compliance documents, and submission schedules
  • Perform business development and government liaisoning activities
  • Review tender eligibility criteria and prepare supporting documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments for technical and financial inputs
  • Monitor tender status, corrigendum updates, and bid results
  • Support manual tendering and procurement processes
Qualifications

Educational Qualification

  • Diploma / Degree in:
    • Mechanical Engineering
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Electronics Engineering
    • B.Com
    • B.Sc.
    • M.Sc.
  • Minimum 60% marks and above

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in:
    • Tender application processes
    • GEM Portal operations
    • E-Tendering procedures
    • Government procurement systems
    • Manual tender submission

Round 1: Telephonic Interview

For experienced candidates applying for Tender, Accounts, DTP, Information Technology, Sales, Investor Relation, and related departments:

  • Candidate biodata will be matched with the job profile
  • Hiring for employee positions will be considered only when candidates meet at least 80% of the required relevant experience and skill set
  • Telephonic verification and technical discussion will be conducted before shortlisting
  • Non-relevant experience holders may be considered for Internship/Trainee opportunities

Internship/Trainee Hiring

  • 11-Month Internship (On Job Training)
  • Applicable for freshers and non-relevant experience holders

Round 2: Technical Round Interview
