The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 5 to 20 sales executives for the IndiaMART corporate sales project. The candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and corporate sales skills to achieve branch sales targets and support team members in achieving their individual goals.
The role includes client handling, appointment fixing, corporate meetings, order booking, sales monitoring, and team coordination. Candidates must be ready to travel between Andheri and Virar for client visits and business development activities.
Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience in LIC sales, banking product sales, B2B sales, company product selling, and corporate sales.
- Lead and supervise a team of 5 to 20 sales executives
- Achieve branch sales targets assigned by management
- Guide and assist sales executives in achieving individual sales goals
- Conduct regular team follow-ups and performance monitoring
- Fix appointments with clients for business meetings
- Visit clients for presentations and order bookings
- Develop new corporate business opportunities
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management
- Train team members on sales techniques and product knowledge
- Travel between Andheri to Virar for sales and client meetings
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Interview & Selection
Round 1: Telephonic Interview
- Candidate profile and biodata will be matched with the job profile
- Relevant experience and skill set must match at least 80% of job requirements
- Non-relevant experience holders may be considered for internship opportunities
- Freshers may apply under the 11-month Internship / On Job Training Program
Round 2: Technical Round Interview
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for:

- English Writing Test
- Technical Subject Knowledge Test

Round 3: Financial Round Interview
- Selected candidates from the technical round will attend the financial discussion round
