We are hiring experienced and technically skilled professionals for the position of Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor for Integrated Management Systems (IMS). The candidate will be responsible for ISO consultancy, implementation, auditing, inspection, certification support, training, and compliance activities for various industries across India and abroad.
Candidates should possess practical experience in ISO implementation, auditing, certification body operations, training, and management system consultancy. The role requires frequent travel on short notice for client audits, inspections, assessments, and training programs.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001, ISO 17025, GMP, Six Sigma, NABL, Welding Quality Assurance, Green Certification Systems, and related compliance frameworks.
- Conduct Lead Audits and Internal Audits for management systems
- Perform ISO implementation, consultancy, and documentation support
- Deliver ISO awareness, internal auditor, and lead auditor training programs
- Conduct inspection, TPI, TPA, compliance verification, and risk assessment activities
- Prepare audit reports, NCR reports, CAPA verification, and certification documentation
- Support organizations in IMS implementation and continual improvement
- Handle QMS, EMS, OHSMS, EnMS, ISMS, and workplace management systems
- Conduct gap analysis and compliance assessments for various ISO standards
- Coordinate with certification bodies, clients, and project teams
- Travel across India and abroad for auditing, training, inspection, and consultancy assignments
- Support CSR, sustainability, environmental, safety, and quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in Six Sigma, Lean, 5S, TQM, and operational excellence projects
Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Engineering OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Chemical Engineering OR
- M.Sc. or equivalent qualification
