We are looking for experienced and technically qualified professionals for the position of IMS Lead Auditor / Consultant specializing in ISO management systems, industrial product certifications, welding quality assurance, hazardous area certifications, and international compliance standards.
The candidate will be responsible for ISO consultancy, implementation, auditing, training, certification support, documentation, inspection, and compliance activities for industrial clients across India and abroad. The role requires expertise in ISO 3834, ATEX, IECEx, CE Marking, GOST-R, EAC Mark, UL Mark, ISI Mark, and Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
Candidates should possess practical experience in certification bodies, management representative roles, auditing, industrial quality systems, and compliance consulting. Frequent travel on short notice will be required for audits, inspections, assessments, and training assignments.
- Conduct Lead Audits and Internal Audits for IMS and industrial certification systems
- Perform ISO implementation, consultancy, gap analysis, and documentation support
- Handle compliance consulting for:
- ISO 3834 Welding Quality Assurance

- CE Marking
- GOST-R Certification

- Deliver training programs related to ISO standards, compliance, and quality systems
- Prepare audit reports, technical documents, SOPs, manuals, and compliance records
- Coordinate with certification bodies, inspection agencies, and clients
- Conduct factory inspections, supplier audits, risk assessments, and technical evaluations
- Support organizations during certification and surveillance audits
- Implement QMS, EMS, OHSMS, EnMS, and Integrated Management Systems
- Participate in Six Sigma, 5S, TQM, and continual improvement initiatives
- Travel across India and abroad for consultancy, auditing, inspection, and training assignments
Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Engineering OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Chemical Engineering OR
- M.Sc. or equivalent qualification
