We are hiring experienced and technically competent professionals for the position of IMS Consultant specializing in ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 14001 EMS, ISO 45001 OHSMS, and ISO 50001 EnMS. The candidate will be responsible for ISO consultancy, implementation, auditing, training, documentation, and certification support activities for various industries.
Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (IMS), ISO implementation, internal auditing, compliance management, and certification processes. The role requires frequent travel on short notice for client audits, consultancy assignments, implementation projects, and training programs across India and abroad.
Preference will be given to candidates having experience with certification bodies, management representative roles, ISO consultancy firms, or industrial quality systems.
- Implement and maintain Integrated Management Systems (IMS)
- Conduct ISO consultancy, gap analysis, and documentation support
- Perform internal audits and compliance assessments
- Deliver ISO awareness and training programs
- Prepare SOPs, manuals, procedures, formats, and audit reports
- Support organizations during certification and surveillance audits
- Coordinate with certification bodies and client management teams
- Conduct risk assessment and continual improvement activities
- Handle QMS, EMS, OHSMS, and EnMS implementation projects
- Support Six Sigma, 5S, TQM, NABL, and operational excellence initiatives
- Assist clients in achieving ISO certification and compliance objectives
- Travel across India and abroad for audits, consultancy, and training assignments
Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Engineering OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Chemical Engineering OR
- M.Sc. or equivalent qualification
