Description

International Institute Of Technology is hiring Tender Executives / Government Liaison Executives / Administrative Coordinators for handling government department coordination, tender documentation, billing operations, client communication, and administrative support activities.

The candidate will be responsible for communication with government departments, preparing official correspondence, managing billing and documentation activities, handling GEM and IREPS portals, scheduling meetings, and maintaining administrative and operational records.

Candidates should possess strong English communication skills, good typing speed, and practical knowledge of government portals and office administration activities.

Responsibilities
  • Draft professional letters and emails independently to clients and government departments
  • Coordinate with Central and State Government Departments
  • Handle billing and documentation related to government projects
  • Operate GEM (Government e-Marketplace) portal and IREPS portal
  • Maintain records of tenders, quotations, invoices, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and administrative documentation activities
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-up communications
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Manage email communication and Outlook operations
  • Read and analyze tender documents and government notifications
  • Maintain client records and database management systems
  • Support office administration and coordination activities
  • Ensure timely submission of documents and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with internal departments for tender and operational support
Qualifications

Educational Qualification

  • B.Com
  • B.Sc
  • BBA
  • Graduate in any related discipline

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year experience in:
    • Tender handling
    • Government department coordination
    • Administrative support
    • Billing and documentation activities

Required Skills

  • Fluent English writing and communication skills
  • Ability to independently draft letters and emails
  • Good knowledge of Government Department functions
  • Knowledge of GEM, IREPS, and Government portals
  • Strong data entry and documentation skills
  • Good typing speed (30 WPM and above)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Fast English reading and comprehension skills
  • Good organizational and coordination abilities

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Interview & Selection

Round 1 – Telephonic Interview

  • Candidate CV screening and profile matching with job requirements
  • Relevant experience and skill verification through telephonic discussion
  • Employee hiring will be considered only when candidate experience matches minimum 80% of the required profile
  • Non-relevant experience holders and freshers may be considered for Internship / Trainee positions
  • Internship Duration: 11 Months On-Job Training Program

Round 2 – Technical Interview

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for:

  • Computer proficiency test
  • English writing test
  • Technical and administrative knowledge assessment
