Description

International Institute Of Technology is hiring Audit Coordinators / Compliance Executives / Government Liaison Executives for handling audit coordination, client communication, government department coordination, audit planning, reporting, documentation management, and administrative support activities.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing audit reports, coordinating with government officers and clients, handling online documentation uploads, maintaining audit databases, managing billing activities, and supporting operational and compliance functions.

Candidates with excellent English communication skills, strong administrative abilities, and knowledge of government portals and audit coordination activities will be preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Draft professional letters and emails independently to clients and government departments
  • Coordinate with Central and State Government Officers and Departments
  • Handle audit planning, scheduling, and audit reporting activities
  • Maintain audit records, client databases, and compliance documentation
  • Perform billing coordination with government departments and clients
  • Manage online banking and online bill payment activities
  • Handle online data entry and upload documents on websites and portals
  • Access and operate Central and State Government portals
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and office documents using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-up communications
  • Maintain operational and administrative records
  • Read and analyze official documents and audit-related communications quickly and accurately
  • Coordinate with auditors, clients, and internal departments for smooth audit operations
  • Support office administration and compliance-related activities
Qualifications

Educational Qualification

  • B.Com
  • B.Sc
  • BBA
  • Graduate in any related discipline

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year experience in:
    • Audit coordination
    • Compliance support
    • Government department coordination
    • Administrative operations
    • Billing and documentation activities

Required Skills

  • Fluent English writing and communication skills
  • Ability to independently draft professional letters and emails
  • Good knowledge of Government Department functions and officer coordination
  • Knowledge of audit planning and audit reporting
  • Experience in online banking and online bill payments
  • Strong data entry and client database management skills
  • Knowledge of online documentation upload procedures
  • Good typing speed (30 WPM and above)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Fast English reading and comprehension skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Interview & Selection

Round 1 – Telephonic Interview

  • Candidate CV screening and profile matching with job requirements
  • Relevant experience and skill verification through telephonic discussion
  • Employee hiring will be considered only when candidate experience matches minimum 80% of the required profile
  • Non-relevant experience holders and freshers may be considered for Internship / Trainee positions
  • Internship Duration: 11 Months On-Job Training Program

Round 2 – Technical Interview

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for:

  • Computer proficiency test
  • English writing test
  • Technical and administrative knowledge assessment
