The candidate will be responsible for green building consultancy, sustainability auditing, implementation of green rating systems, environmental compliance, training, and assessment activities for various infrastructure, industrial, residential, healthcare, educational, and commercial projects.
Candidates should possess knowledge of sustainable development practices, green construction methodologies, environmental management systems, and green rating systems such as GRIHA and other sustainability certification frameworks.
The role involves conducting green audits, sustainability assessments, documentation support, environmental performance evaluation, and implementation of green initiatives across projects in India.
- Conduct Green Building Audits and Sustainability Assessments
- Support implementation of Green Rating Systems such as GRIHA and related frameworks
- Prepare sustainability documentation, reports, and compliance records
- Conduct environmental and energy performance assessments
- Assist clients in obtaining Green Building Certifications and Ratings
- Perform gap analysis and environmental compliance evaluations
- Conduct training and awareness programs on sustainability and green construction
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and certification agencies
